
Shop Policies
Thank you so much for supporting my small business. Everything I create is made with love, care, and intention. In order to keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, here are a few important policies to keep in mind:
Workshop Tickets: All workshop ticket sales are non-refundable. However, if something comes up, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another workshop of equal value. Please just let me know ahead of time so we can make the switch.
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom work, all custom orders are non-refundable. Each piece is handcrafted and tailored specifically for you.
Floral Preservation: A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. The remaining balance must be paid either at the time of drop-off or before shipping your blooms. I do offer payment plans, which you can explore on my website for added flexibility.
Pricing All: item prices are set with care, reflecting both the time and materials that go into each piece. Prices are not negotiable, even during sales. I kindly ask that you respect this, and avoid those awkward discount conversations.
A Kind Reminder- I’m doing my best to thrive in today’s economy, just like you. Behind this business is a real person with living expenses and business overhead. Please be kind, respectful, and patient—not just with me, but with all small businesses you support. Your understanding truly means the world.
